About Coach Natke

Coach Natke was born and raised in Troy, Michigan. He played Center and Defensive End for his high school for 4 years. After high school, he went on to play football at Adrian College before transferring to Grand Valley State University. After graduating with a degree in Movement Science and Physical Education, Coach Natke decided to move from Michigan to Florida. He began his teaching career at Monarch High School and has had the opportunity to teach at several schools in Broward County. He started his coaching career at Flanagan High School from 2005-2010 where he was the Varsity Offensive Line Coach and Defensive Line Coach. He also coached the Offensive and Defensive Line at McArthur High School. Coach Natke took a few years off from Broward County to move to Southern California where he coached at Baldwin Park High School. Although it was a great experience, he decided to move back to Broward County and resume his career in South Florida. He is currently the Physical Education teacher at Riverglades Elementary and is looking forward to his first year coaching at Douglas.
